I can see how all the bells and whistles may take some getting used to, but what you have pulled together is pretty amazing.
My initial reaction is that some sort of basic function list of "how to's" might be useful. Most are accustomed to adding comments...but the forums and groups may take some cultivating.

Information overload
Thanks, Paul. I totally agree with you and have had several friends independently say the same thing. I have to say a colleague did all the heavy lifting here to provide such an amazing and robust platform. It's really in my lap now to learn the platform, organize it and make the information it's spitting out relevant and in better context. I'm slowly plowing through that.
We're migrating to a new server this weekend. Once that's complete I will start doing weekly 1-2 minute quick screencasts on how to use the site. That should help!
