Gee, ya think? Now package those opportunities in wraparound services and offer them to folks who've been able to get into a home first and you just might find that homelessness begins to decline significantly. We know it works, we know it's cheaper, we know it's doable, we just have to convince the doubters out there that in the long run, it'll save them - and all of us, too - money.
