Even Perry Mason couldn't equal the power of persuasion that lobbyist Betty Anderson not only has to the Speaker Boss Hogg, but apparently she has been given full access to all important meetings that power Tennessee's Capitol Hill.
With her access, one can only imagine the fees that she can charge her clients "that want their voices heard in the legislature".
