The ACLU has now set its sights on the Naval Academy, havig sent a letter to the institution saying it's "long past time" to abolish the daily lunchtime prayer, contending it violates midshipmen's freedom to practice religion as they see fit.

To its credit, the Naval Academy shot back "The academy does not intend to change its practice of offering midshipmen an opportunity for prayer or devotional thought during noon meal announcements."
