I was just reading this article from the Denver Post, which goes into detail about how security plans on caging those practicing free speech at the Democratic Convention in Denver.

Free speech in a cage. Yeah.

I know it's the 40th anniversary of the 68 convention where all hell broke loose, but shouldn't we wait until a crime is committed before locking someone up?

I don't get how we can have a "free speec
