Urban Flats Flatbread & Wine Co., the Florida-based chain of restaurant-wine bars, is coming to The Gulch. Local restaurant veteran Henry Hillenmeyer is bringing the brand to the Icon, the $100 million, 22-story mixed-use project at the intersection of 12th Avenue South and Division.
