As a reluctant McCain supporter his choice of Gov Sarah Palin is very exciting for me. I really like this woman, she’s smart, conservative, pro-drilling, pro-troops, a looker and a scrapper in the political arena. I have long thought Sarah Palin would be a wonderful choice for McCain but honestly never thought he’d select her.

The Republicans have a contested primary race for Tn Congressional District 4. Kent Greenough and Monty Lankford are both candidates running for the GOP Primary in August. Until the primary election decides who the GOP candidate will be the county and state GOP party must remain impartial.
