There is a very well-written letter to the editor at Tennessean.com regarding Bredesen's Ballroom. Writer Garrett Varner of Franklin says, "Perhaps the biggest irony is that a project so blatantly wasteful of taxpayer money is to be named 'Conservation Hall'."

How very true.
