Well, we'll see if this'll stop the more egregious cases of dumping but believe it when I tell you that our own hospitals here in Nashville send folks packing all the time who could certainly use some time recovering in their units before being discharged back onto the streets.

Now this is outreach! Too bad I couldn't get a local doc or two to travel with me on my daily rounds, as I run into people every day who are in need of at least some medical care yet won't go to the hospital either because they hate them or because they "can't afford to fill" the scripts they might receive once they've received treatment.
