That is what is being considered by the Office of Open Records Counsel (OORC), in conjunction with the Advisory Committee on Open Government (ACOG). The announcement clear in regards to details. Here is a chance for your voice to be heard regarding what is reasonable charges for copies of public records, as well as the policy related to charges for frequent and multiple requests.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) held public meetings on July 10 (Memphis), July 15 (Nashville), and July 17 (Knoxville), 2008, to gather public input on the general concept of tolling.

One of the features I like about Flickr, the website I use mostly to host most of my photos, is the ability to see what people Googled to find one of my pictures. Everything listed here is something that somebody out there typed into the Google search engine only to find one of my photos.
