Today's mail contained two--TWO--petitions from the English First people. There are six signature lines. I guess we're supposed to take this around to our neighbors or something. As if.

Eric Crafton has collected more than 9,000 signatures to put his “English First” initiative on the November ballot. Only 10,103 names are needed and there’s still a month before the deadline, making it pretty much a certainty that voters will decide whether to amend the Metro Charter to make English the official language of our government. Yeehaw!
