You may not have heard of Joy Ford or her business, but to property rights advocates, she's the embodiment of that fight in Nashville - and to a great extent - Tennessee. With the help of conservative radio show host Phil Valentine, Ford's downtown office has received quite a bit of exposure and assistance.

Phil Valentine does a good article for the Tennessean on how having English be the language of Tennessee helps all people. English speaker and non English speaker alike. He takes particular issue with ESL classes(English as a Second Language).

By news reports yesterday one was lead to believe that the property rights battle between MDHA & Lionstone group against Joy Ford and her Country International Records was over. There was a compromise. Things are going to work out, no more story…move on ladies and gentlemen.

Seem like companies are setting major records. Exxon-Mobile racks up the biggest profit level ever by any company (and it’s considered less than expected by stockholders- holy crap!) in the history of the world ($11.68billion smackers) and GM hits its biggest low ever ($15.5 billion). Makes you look at Chevron, with less than $6 billion this past quarter, as a peon.
