As I’ve written before on this blog, during the summer SQ and I usually watch Big Brother. Last year, I threw my hands in the air because I just couldn’t stand it anymore. The stupid twists. People knowing each other. The blinding racism.

I’ve been reading the blogs in my reader after The Great Unplug Event/2008 which SQ and I are calling Half-Year New Year.

I watch television marathons because I want nothing to do with committing myself to things.

And, I couldn’t let this go.

I had a rough couple of days. I want to be clear that those days had nothing to do with me other than letting some rather disgusting business get under my skin.

Mike Padgett and Kenneth Eaton have been wearing out the shoe leather in northwest Tennessee. Reminds me of days of old when Big Ned was in office. Ahhh, the glory days when we had politicians falling out of the woodwork here in Hoots.
