Memphis juniors Antonio Anderson and Robert Dozier are filing for the NBA draft, joining Derrick Rose and Chris Douglas-Roberts, who have already left early for the draft.

Wow, I haven't been here in a few days. I never do that.

I would say that I have "nothing to say", but then I'd be setting myself up for all you smart-asses out there with you variations of, "And? What else is new?"

So, I won't say that I've had nothing to say.

I used to be in sales. So I had a lot of practice making small talk with people I didn't know. I'm actually pretty good at it. I can go to a party with a bunch of strangers and usually meet a few people and converse without totally sticking my foot in my mouth or saying something stupid.

But introduce me to a celebrity and I become a stuttering, bumbling, embarrassing mess.

Looks like Memphis is envious of the Lady Vols winning their eight national title Tuesday night. Well, at least this editorial in the Commercial Appeal would indicate that.

Or should we call it Tiger’s Eve?  I fully believe that Tiger is going to win this week.  But in my Fantasy Best Ball that I play against Patrick, I didn’t use him.

My apologies to those of you who couldn’t possibly care less about basketball, but Laura over at Fixin’ Supper takes a break from dinner to talk about basketball grudges.

I'm a bit depressed this morning that the magical season for UT's men basketball has come to an end. It's sad to see our great run come to an end and I'm sorry that our three seniors couldn't go out as national champions.

That said, as I reflect on the season, I can't help but be satisfied with the run Tennessee made as a whole.

Well, my alma mater's basketball team has once again made it to the NCAA tournament (college basketball, for those who don't know). They are going against Duke tonight, which is a hard team to beat. Still, win or lose, they've done Belmont proud.

The weekend was crazy, not 2 seconds to sit at the computer.

Busy Girl's basketball team was in a surprise 3 day tournament.

I say "surprise" because the had signed up, been told the entry was never received, and, whad'ya know? There we were on the brackets when they came out.
