There are sites that look at areas where housing is affordable. Affordable is usually defined as housing costs where the mortgage represents 30% or less of income. However, there is another site that is trying to look at the total affordability of housing. What’s that mean, you ask? Well, they look at the cost of housing and the cost of transportation together. Is it perfect?
