There are several reasons. First, and most important of all, it takes time for things to actually happen. No matter what the Congress thinks, theirs is the least significant part. All those billions now have to actually be used. But the stock market tumbled again. Why aren’t they more confident about things.

The latest cut by the Feds to the interest rate isn’t exactly being met with open arms and glee.  CurrencyTrading.net posted a list of reasons we should be critical of the Federal Reserve including several that are fairly obvious:
