Memphis Tennessee Congressman Steve Cohen(D) compared Hillary Clinton to Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction. I hate to break it to Congressman Cohen, but apparently the proverbial Joe Six-Pack ain’t all that hip on Barack Obama.  Trouble ahead for Dems and fly-over country.

You have to hand it to Democratic Congressman Cohen's political acumen and ability.
He has apparently broken two of the three golden rules of Democratic Memphis.

(Rule #1) He has beaten and beating the Ford family in the Bluff City.

Congressman Steve Cohen has a reputation of saying what is ever on his mind and usually his words are laced with pop culture analogies, Memphis anecdotes as well as that he is Tennessee’s only liberal rep in Congress.

Vibinc, a blogger in Memphis, is digging around and doing a bit of citizen journalism at his blog on Pinnacle/Labor Negotiations and has even interviewed a member of the Air Line Pilots Association in three parts of a series called Something Stinky In The Air.
