We’ve got small group tonight at our house, and the grill master must make a return to the charcoal.  I am doing 12 pork chop fillets with my twist on Weber’s sweet and sassy BBQ sauce.  Luckily I’ll have about an hour and a half to complete all this, which should be plenty of time.  I haven’t cooked this much food since sometime around last Christmas when M & D

Can This Pork Roast Be Saved?

Clearly, though, the most pressing matter in Nashville this morning is whether I can salvage this pork roast. 

Here’s what I’m trying:

The end of two ketchup bottles floating around in the fridge

Generous dash of Worchestershire Sauce

Big squirt of yellow mustard

End of a jar of bbq rub

Cumin
