State Represtative Stacey Campfield, who always provides an oasis of common sense in the ocean of madness that is the Tennessee General Assembly, attempted to have bond money shifted from the governor's ballroom to a new prison for child predators, and the response in committee was more or less "Why on earth would we want to do something like that?"
