Sen. Bob Corker said earlier this week he would be voting for delaying a federal rule change that is costing the state $73 million in funds for state case managers working with children in state custody or care.

The Vols are done.  After the way they played against Butler, I had serious concerns.  And those concerns were validated when they failed to play their game, take advantage of turnovers, and do more than stand around and wait for a shot.  End of the line this year.  Other than that though, my bracket stayed in tact.
