Wow, I am so shocked about something I just read in my hometown newspaper, I’m almost speechless; and, in fact, jumped over here to write about it while I’m still processing the shock before I finished reading the rest of the paper (or the rest of the article, for that matter).

My daughter thought this song stunk because all she knew was the Jonas Brothers’ version.  I had to educate her with a little 80’s old school:

What does an outdated journalism service do to protect itself?

This is a great idea and it should be expanded. I have argued here previously that access - even limited access - is a necessity for homeless individuals who are trying to obtain services, find employment, or make appointments.

I have to admit that Father’s Day is rough for me.

So while I was wallowing in the [bleep] that has been my last week and a half, a bright spot appeared Monday: the 3G iPhone! Anyone who knows me knows my little heart has been set on it coming out for the past year, and now I only have to wait until July 11.
