I won't argue that there are some tough moral and ethical dilemmas here, not to mention the difficulty in overcoming one's own personal feelings when trying to deal with the the sex offender as a human being deserving of basic rights. But everyone should be afforded common human decencies and basic fundamental rights, such as housing. If said person
