Yesterday I told you about my choice to cheat my family. Today I want to talk about why.

First, I think it’s important to realize we have this choice. Everyday YOU get to choose what you’re cheating. I can’t blame this on anyone else. I can’t blame this on my job or my boss. This is MY choice.

I'm off regular duty until Monday and enjoying some much needed quiet and personal time, doing only what I want to, when I want to. For most of us, this is a rare luxury indeed and I confess, I'm exceptionally slothful at the moment.

Well it's Wednesday and I'm already breaking my previous rule. TV is on, laptop is out.

I had to call in sick today; strep throat, according to the nice nurse practitioner I saw this morning. I got a Z-pack though, so all should be well soon.
