This time he should've known better. It seems that Jimmy lied about having a concealed carry permit, while he was in the midst of killing legislation that favored gun owners and legal carry holders. And, the Tennessee GOP (surprisingly discovering that it's good to have teeth) called him on it.

The supreme court has ruled in the Heller case saying handgun ownership is an individual right. Uncle is doing flips about now. This should make things quite interesting when Rep. Frank Nicley and I bring up our bills to allow legal permitted hand gun owners to carry in parks and on campuses this coming year.
