The State's legislature attempt to pacify the public's outrage on illegal immigration, has resulted in this highly touted reform measure that evidently has no true mechanism to instigate business investigations.
Our state legislature is full of nice sounding platitudes on how they heard their constituent's concerns, and acted on them. As it turns out, they crafted a law with a nice penalty, but no real way to set the dogs loose to smell out the criminal activity.
