Find more posts like this: I spoke yesterday to a number of my clients yesterday about the new "program" available to those who are homeless; get a ticket out of paradise by asking the Metro PD and the DTP for it. We hashed it out for quite some time and ultimately, the overwhelming consensus might surprise you. But first, lets take a better look at the issue.
