When I'm on the street working with folks, it's rare that I have a large success, such as getting someone into housing. To me, that's a biggie.

To be sure, I've put a number of peeps into transitional and permanent housing, but most successes are small, barely worth mentioning here.

Calgary gets tough with litterers.

While I am all for keeping the city clean, safe and tidy, the argument against these fine sizes is a valid one.
