bad person

I think a lot of us get caught up in our personal stories. We try, but our lives are so frenetic and we fail to see too far beyond ourselves. If we're lucky, we can keep up with the family, friends and other acquaintances we're keeping tabs on.

Davie , Florida - the big news story , everyone is talking about , is the bride who died , while dancing with her new husband. They were married only an hour before. She died while dancing in his arms and medical people were unable to revive her.

Ya never know when the Master will call us home. Another story is a local neighbor took his wife out for dinner one Friday night. He died at the table , while waiting for their food.

A heap of non-factual, semi-factual and otherwise distorted paranoia landed in my email yesterday from someone I know, all about how this person is in a twist because of (whisper the word) "Mexicans."

The massive numbers of non-facts, the furor of fearfulness and my low threshold of tolerating hoo-ha yesterday made me actually write back to refute the info. This person who sent the original email is not a "bad person", but that email pretty much reeked of dangerously bad ideas.

Lee of the Digital Nicotine is not necessarily opposed to John McCain but he does not appreciate his tone:

I really respect McCain’s foreign policy stands, but the man is more and more grating on me. He is a scold, a scold who thinks a bit too much of himself.

Disagree with him on immigration, he scolds you, you bad person.

Lost starts in one week. For those of us who adore the show, this is good news but the writer’s strike may impact the series.
