I think a lot of us get caught up in our personal stories. We try, but our lives are so frenetic and we fail to see too far beyond ourselves. If we're lucky, we can keep up with the family, friends and other acquaintances we're keeping tabs on.

I think I’ve been pretty clear about this over the years:  High gas prices are here to stay.  If you don’t know how this affects you and your family by now, I think I could make a pretty good argument for “thinning the herd.”

Here in Middle Tennessee, at the beginning of every school year, there are dozens of forms to fill out that are kept on file at the schools. In particular there is a form which indicates how a student should be transported home in the event that school closes early due to inclement weather.

Some days I wonder if I should be blogging more about my experience as an entrepreneur. A couple of people suggested that when I first started this endeavor. Honestly, though, by the time I have solved a problem, I really don't feel like blogging about it. I'm just glad it's over.
