J.C. Watts has been one of my favorite Republicans.  Of course no one agrees a 100% with anyone, but I really admired him.  Of all the political speeches I have heard on the political circuit, a Mississippi speech delivered years ago at a Southern Leadership Conference by Congressman Watts actually brought me to tears.  We sat in a packed house in the coastal muggy air.

I have been looking for office space for a few weeks. My requirements are simple: a window, walking distance to coffee, snacks, and/or lunch, 24 hour access, secure, and in East Nashville. I also have a desire for the space to be the kind of place that I want to go to every day.
