The reaction of top Bush Administration officials to the ICRC report, from what I can gather, has been defensive and dismissive. They reject the ICRC’s legal analysis as incorrect.

I just finished reading an 8 page story in Vanity Fair about this administration ordering torture and then blaming the military. There's compelling evidence that our President and his Vice President are war criminals.

Either,

1) you are ignorant of the high crimes and misdemeanors of Bush and Cheney;

or

2) you condone their repeated violations of the Constitution, their transgressions of international law, their repeated lies to the American people, their continued abuse of power, and their barbaric policies that have reduced America's reputation world-wide to historic lows.
