Hate Crimes Rise Against The Disabled

Are these crimes really on the rise in our society or we just getting “better” at categorizing them?

Most of last year’s hate crimes against the disabled were thefts, forgeries and burglaries victimizing mentally disabled persons.

"...hate crimes against Hispanics more than doubled and those against the disabled grew from 1 to 30."

I can just about guarantee you too that as things go from bad to worse economically for many people, the trend of increasing hate crimes will almost surely continue. Ignorant people need scapegoats to blame for their own failings.....

Good to see overall crime is down but guns are still very big in Nashville. Lotsa shady folk run around with guns here; in fact, I've never seen so many nuts with guns in my life.
