Over the past week or so, there’s been this damn bird running up and down the driveway every time we leave. It’s a killdeer and it seemed to be just scurrying up and down in and around the driveway. Sunday we figured out why. We’d headed off to Lowes to price some materials and the bird was just sitting in the driveway.

I’ve been watching the LP Convention coverage on C-Span, they had the nominating speeches this morning, and just now finished the first round of balloting. Looking at the numbers for the first round, I’m thinking my prediction may bear out.
