I ran out this morning, about 11-ish, to the local Wal-Mart to grab a few items. You know what I’m talking about: eggs, bread, milk, smokes, brewskies, the necessities.

And please don't forget who brought this catastrophe upon the American middle and lower classes....One of em's about to head back to a ranch without horses in Texas....

State's weak economy endangers holiday

Shopper Michelle Crouthamel has a one-track mind: load the kids and shopping bags in the car and hit the next store to finish out her tax-free weekend shopping before the big crowds come out.

I'm supposed to be packing. I'm headed up to NY again (yes, I know gas is expensive) to spend a few days and the 4th with some friends. I have a job interview while I am up there, but I don't know that I want to return to Buffalo for good.

I walk around this apartment; the place I've tried so hard to make our home for the last few months.

It’s amazing the things I never think about on my own. My brains stays pretty busy with work, blogging, family, church and all the normal things that fill up an average life. Every now and then I appreciate being jolted out of my reverie.
