The NY Times editorial board takes Andrew von Eschenbach to task, and asks him to fulfill his duty as head of the FDA and keep the people safe from salmonella SaintPaul and other potential hazards.

For huge numbers of New Orleans residents, this is far too little delivered way too late. Much of the damage has long since been done to the folks in New Orleans shortly after Katrina made landfall on August 29th, 2005.

Clint Brewer, Editor of the Nashville City Paper, penned an editorial today in which he opined on the Fred Hobbs debacle first broken by their paper, as well as what Barack Obama needs to do in order to win in November.
