On Thursday and Friday I had to take off work – my temperature was at a steady 100.5 all day. Apparently if it reaches any more than that I should start to get worried. I’ve had on and off shivers, with serious sniffles, a headache, and sneezing just a few of the niceties. I’ve spent the past three days in bed.

Just about a week until my family arrives. I was really looking forward to their visit, but now I'm lackadaisical. (And yeah, I spelled it on the first shot)

Made pancakes today. Decided that, while I consider myself a pretty damn good cook, I should recognize my limitations. I suck at making pancakes. Also decided, I need to break down and get some new pots & pans.

It's been a really weird week. I started off good, but ended up battling with a migraine Wednesday night and all day Thursday. I HATE migraines. I don't have them much, thankfully, but when I do, I make up for it. So, I mostly just lounged around the house with my pillow on Thursday. Luckily, the puppies were more than understanding and kept the crazy to a minimum.
