A string of raids by Immigration Control and Enforcement may be a result of recently passed legislation:

Texas Republicans won a sizable federal grant with claims that they would root out widespread practices of voter fraud. In two years they've found 8 genuine cases of fraud (costing the federal government $187,500 per root-out; not exactly cost effective).

After five months in existence, Tennessee’s “Illegal Alien Employment Act” has still yet to bear fruit:

Nine complaints have been filed with the state. Two have been resolved, but seven others remain under seal because investigations or other agency action is ongoing.

The city has completed investigations of possible racist comments made by city employees. Documentation is available for one of the probes; other reports will be coming.

According to the DNJ,

Two Unrelated arrests are related by their original location!  Tom DuBois’s home Muleday part got a little “out of hand” Saturday night when over 900 people (over the course of the day) attended his party.  DuBois maintains that he and others carded all that drank alcohol at his home but that if someone brought their own he could have missed them.  Instead of being arrested
