I read on Drudge that former Duke lacrosse prosecutor Mike Nifong has filed for personal bankruptcy.  His filing indicates he has about $250,000 in assets and get this--$180 million dollars in liabilities.  Yeah, that could cause a bit of a financial shortfall.
