We got a new phone system last year in my office. With that change, we all got direct extensions, and to account for future expansion, we got more numbers than we actually use. Because of this, from time to time we'll get wrong number voicemail messages on extensions that don't really exist. From time to time, I clean them off.

While most of us have to work for a living a few can live the high life.  I say that because my siblings, The Professor and Big Sister, are living it up abroad as I write this. 

I know I've been sitting on the playlist for this one for a full week now - but after I wrapped up my vacation last week, I realized I needed to extend the blog vacation a little bit longer.  It was a lovely and much-needed week off, and now that I've had a chance to regroup, it's time to catch up.

The Professor is slowly but surely returning to one of the things he does best--writing.  When he's in the mood he writes like Clapton plays--soulful.  I like this post about his Wanderlust.

Big sister responded to my request for input on a new computer by saying she had an HP printer that was functional but not so user friendly.  And in addition she doubted that I wanted to spend a lot of time attempting to understand Hindi or at least Hindi accented English.  She's right--even though I speak my own form of broken English.  Therefore I have flushed the HP possibility.

Miss A is notorious lately for staying up later than big sister. I had to use my mean mommy voice the other night as the clock creeped closer and closer to 9 after her bedtime story and she showed no signs of getting sleepy. After telling her to lay down and handing her a book, she protested loudly and I shut the door. Enough of you sassy girl!
