So, here I am typing away on my laptop (with a broadband wireless card) as Patrick drives us down the interstate, and I have a slight problem - the glare on my laptop screen. I thought of throwing Adam's blanket over my head and the screen. Tinted windows would help.

I want to take a picture of a picture, see, and I can’t figure out how to turn my dad’s camera’s flash off and so I’m getting a glare off the glass. I don’t know what kind of help I need exactly, since I can’t take a picture of the camera to get help, but is there some way I can trick the flash into not going off.

I am hanging out at the homestead by myself today as The School Girl is out with her mom visiting at the hospital and doing a little shopping. I decided to remain here so that I could do the laundry and just do some general nothingness.
