Well, we'll see if this'll stop the more egregious cases of dumping but believe it when I tell you that our own hospitals here in Nashville send folks packing all the time who could certainly use some time recovering in their units before being discharged back onto the streets.

Ms. Reese, you have just nailed it. I think this is what is most aggravating about addressing the issues of homelessness with the uninformed. They continue to conjure up the image of the skid row bum, deliriously drunk and soiled while laying in the gutter.
