That is what is being considered by the Office of Open Records Counsel (OORC), in conjunction with the Advisory Committee on Open Government (ACOG). The announcement clear in regards to details. Here is a chance for your voice to be heard regarding what is reasonable charges for copies of public records, as well as the policy related to charges for frequent and multiple requests.

This shooting on 16th Avenue, North (in the vacinity of the Osage and new Buena Vista neighborhoods) is noteworthy because Salemtown was recently having a trouble with late-night block parties around 6th Avenue where teenagers were walking around wearing gang colors.

I caught some flack from some of my Salemtown neighbors for coming down on the Bound'ry restaurant for its urbane and hip noise violations, which were keeping Midtown residents up some late nights. That's me: the party spoiler.

Channel 5 is reporting a possible murderer targeting the Homeless in South Nashville. First I've heard of something like this and I'll be doing some additional investigating today to see if the folks I know of are sweating this.....
