Spring break afforded me the time to visit the library and load up on books about running (3) and cooking (5). One of the running books I picked up was Chris Lear's Sub 4:00: Alan Webb and the Quest for the Fastest Mile, a book that can probably now be found in the bargain bin. I enjoyed Bascomb's The Perfect Mile, though, so I thought I'd give this a go. I'm devouring it.
