This weekend was my annual family reunion, which is always a highlight of the year for me. It's just nice to get to spend time catching up with family, enjoying each other's company and eating lots and lots of really good food.

Happy Friday to all. We are picking up Patrick and Amy this morning from the airport which should make for a fun weekend. I want to give a late happy b-day to Amy Jean … I won’t so how old, but she’s more than welcome to comment on that. We are looking forward to some good food, golf, and touring around.

My all-time favorite story by Adam Gopnik is entitled, "Bumping into Mr. Ravioli." In short, it's about his young daughter and her imaginary friend, the one who's always too busy to play with her. Digital Audio Insider took a look at the inflation-adjusted price of a download at iTunes (and has a nice multicolor graph to boot). In 2003 dollars (since iTunes was launched in 2003) a download today costs only $0.86. If download prices had risen with inflation, they would now cost $1.14.
