One of the most common social activities for the thirtysomething professional here in Greece is to gather with a bunch of friends/colleagues at a taverna. I enjoy it because it is nice to put faces to the names of people my husband works with, and for the most part psychiatrists seem to be i

I feel SO MUCH BETTER when i eat fruit for breakfast and spinach salads for dinner!
