When employees’ morale is high, their performance will also be high. This is what most employers’ desire. However, it is sad that sometimes employers fail to realize why their staff morale needs to be boosted. They are never even sensitive to their needs and they never understand at all.

The Financial Times has reported that Terra Firma is considering Elio Leoni Sceti, whose tenure with consumer products company Reckitt Benckiser was preceded by a stint at Proctor & Gamble, to run EMI's recorded music division. Mr.

Ken Kraybill will be coming to Nashville in February to provide training to those who are involved in any way with Homeless outreach. The training targets outreach workers but also, and perhaps more importantly, those who dictate what outreach workers will be doing (read that supervisors and program directors), as well as anyone interested in discovering better ways to engage and interact with our Homeless population.

• Fair trade everyone can use. Traidcraft starts selling fair trade toilet paper. Text on the packaging: "I'm flushing away unfair trade." Actually, from I can tell, I don't know that the toilet paper itself is fair trade certified. However, it's made from 100% recycled paper, and proceeds from sales go into a fund to help Traidcraft support their producer communities.
