Last week I was in Louisville, KY working away sick as a dawg with what turned out to be a sinus infection. Dang! I've never been so miserable, taking medicine like DayQuil and NightQuil and everything in between.

It never takes three-year-old Ward very long to break something when he comes over to play.

She finally did it. After years of promising to get a new computer “next year”, my mom finally up and bought a new MacBook:

This afternoon is the Moment of Truth for my poor Macbook and for some reason, I don't have a very good feeling about it. I think it's going to take a little extra mojo to make the thing work. Details to come.

Well, hello.

I have some crappy news with which only you, my dear Internet readers, will truly empathize.

Yesterday, the unthinkable happened. I was innocently typing away on my Macbook when Bruiser reached up and knocked my water over ONTO THE [bleep]ING KEYBOARD.

So I usually pay my Sprint bill online. That is, when they haven’t [bleep]ed up my bill or when their Web site isn’t down.

i’m now the proud owner of a new macbook. i had to buy a laptop with money that i don’t yet have.
reasons it sucks:
-as i mentioned, i don’t have the money to buy it.
-my business isn’t old enough to qualify for apple’s leasing program.
reasons it doesn’t suck:
-i can now get accounting and design stuff done [...]

Behold what a father and daughter can do with a MacBook and some time on their hands!
