So.

My little tomato plants are doing okay. I haven't killed them yet, which is a sign that they're very robust, perhaps even Super Tomatoes. Hopefully not Killer Tomatoes, just plants that can survive my flakiness.

This morning, John Edwards did the media tour and I watched him on Morning Joe. Ostensibly, he was on to talk about his new program, 50 in 10, designed to cut poverty in half over the next ten years.

Some local bloggers watched the debate last night, and with the exception of Egalia who is elated at the ability to act, talk, and walk like a Republican all in the name of "whats good for the Democratic party"; most weren't too pleased.

What, that’s what I said not what I meant.

Respected liberal constitutional scholar and Obama supporter Laurence Tribe stated there was individual right to arms guaranteed by the constitution and noted he may have sway with the liberal justices in the Heller case. Now, he’s written a bit in the WSJ asserting basically that:

1) There is an individual right (I agree)

2) That right is not absolute (I also agree as no right is absolute)

3) Banning handguns
