Canadian television is reporting that officials from Barack Obama’s campaign told Canadian officials that Barack Obama’s rhetoric on trade need not be taken at face value:

Whoa! Canadian TV says Sen. Obama is lying to the American people about his NAFTA position. Lying to the American people in order to get votes in Ohio! Whoa!!
