Yes, that’s a Family Guy reference. Yay if you got that.

In an attempt to rid myself of all negative energy so that I can enjoy the upcoming three-day weekend, here is a list of what is grinding my gears today:

Dropping a division, are we?

GM, at least according to rumors circulating, well, even here, is thinking of cutting more of its workforce, even (gasp) white collar workers, as well as dropping or selling a division. GM stock is now selling below what it was just before they introduced the 1955 Chevy, a milestone vehicle.

Several months ago, my oldest stepdaughter wrecked the car. She wasn't hurt, but the incident was traumatic for several reasons, the chief being that on that one specific day, she not driving her car. She was driving our car.

After more than two years as a Murfreesboro-Nashville commuter, I’ve learned there are several truths about Nashville-area drivers. I’ve not got much time this morning. To make a long story short, I left my keys in Andi’s car and she had to come back from Cool Springs to bring them to me. So needless to say, its 8:40 and I’m just now getting my day going. I’m hoping this coffee that I’m pouring down my mouth kicks in quick. Mix it with some of the latest Linkin Park and I might just get my day back on track.
